Leave the hectic world behind when you discover “Sea-U-Later!” in Duck, nestled among live oaks and just a short stroll to the OceanCrest's neighborhood direct beach access. Not only is the location perfect, but the home includes a private pool in a secluded backyard with a hot tub and outdoor shower. You'll love the coastal feel, the generous floor plan, 3 of the 5 bedrooms are master suites with cable TV and each of the 3 levels has a lounge area. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
Located on the top level is a Great Room with a cathedral ceiling, a living area with flat-screen TV (note: gas fireplace not for guest use), dining area (seats 8), kitchen island (seats 4) and the newly renovated kitchen. A King Master Suite with private deck access, shower and soaking tub. Guests have access to the top sun deck with picnic table. There is a half bath on this floor.

MID LEVEL:
This level has 1 King Master Suite, 1 Queen Master Suite, and a bedroom with 2 Twin Beds that has a Full Bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have access to covered decks, facing either towards the front or the back of the house. This level also has a sitting area with deck access.

GROUND LEVEL:
There is one bedroom with 2 Bunk Bed sets and a large bathroom with shower/tub combo. The laundry area is nearby and there is exterior access to the outside pool (14' x 28') and hot tub. There is also a large lounge area with mini-fridge as a great place to relax while being close to the outside pool patio. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
On the west side of the neighborhood, across Duck Road, there are community amenities available which include a pool and tennis courts that also have lines for playing pickleball.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Outer Banks Beaches. 1 hot tub is available. The holiday home offers free WiFi and a private pool.

end of summer family get away
we had an enjoyable visit to duck with the whole family, our granddaughter went to the beach fir the first time. she was heaitant about the sand and water but enjoyed the attention and pop up tent. the pool was a hit for all and the adults loved the hot tub. grilling was easy and the location to the beach, the tien of Duck and shipping were great. We would llove to come bsck

A wonderful family vacation
We had a wonderful stay in Duck at Sea -U-Later. The home was lovely with plenty of room for 5 young boys! Our arrival was seamless and the home was well cleaned and organized. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool and hot tub were put to good use! The walk to the beach was easy. We were there during Hurricane Debby but still managed plenty of pool and beach time. Great location with private backyard
Great house, everything was well thought out and the decor was great. Best part was the back yard/pool. With the trees, you felt secluded. Did not feel as if the neighbors were right on top of you. Trees creTed lots of privacy. Short walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Just a few things to check on before your next rental. There is a mold like odor in a few areas .The kitchen both corner rotating shelves. The extractor fan in the first level master bedroom. Water draining slow from sink in the wash room area. Knob on the cabinet door in wash room. We thoroughly enjoyed the home we would do it again Thank you
