They would get mad if we put trash next to the trash can even tho they never emptied it and then was mad when we put dirty towels and bedding right outside out our door they didn’t clean the manager sat outside and smoked all day on her car they were rude and not helpful

Room was very very dirty and I had to ask front desk lady for bath towels since there was any on the room,I wasn't able to take a shower since bathroom was horrible dirty. this was my second time staying at one motel 6 and my worst experience I'll never again staying on one.

This was one of the dirtiest Motel 6 stays I’ve ever experienced, but huge shoutout to Chaz at the front desk—he was super helpful and made the nightmare a bit better. We arrived at midnight on a snowy, freezing night, only to find our first room completely uncleaned—no sheets on the bed, trash everywhere. The second room had hair in the bed, a dirty toilet, and a gross fridge. By the time we got to the third room (which was barely acceptable), we’d had to move all our stuff and our cat in the snow. Miserable! The next morning, the new receptionist told us the manager knew about our situation and was upset, but honestly, we deserved a refund. This was beyond frustrating. Thanks again to Chaz for trying his best in a bad situation!
