The farmhouse cabin rental is conveniently located to the Great Smoky Mountains. The entire house is being offered for overnight stays and is owned and managed by the same owners as the Spangler House which also has over 100 five star reviews and ranked the most popular listing on VRBO & Premier Host. The Willox Cabin is located on a farm in the historic Neubert Springs community of South Knox County and is convenient to Alcoa Hwy (129) and Chapman Hwy (441). Surrounded by 36 private acres, the Willox Cabin provides a rural escape with scenic views, hiking and walking trails and an abundance of wildlife including deer, turkey, coyotes, rabbits, hawks, falcons, owls and more. The cabin is centrally located just 13 miles to McGhee Tyson Airport and Maryville College and 9 miles to the University of Tennessee and downtown Knoxville. Townsend, Sevierville and the Great Smoky Mountains are just 20 miles away.

Sweetest Cabin
The Willox Cabin was a sweet, lovely stay. It was beautifully styled and was the perfect place for our group of four. It was clean and had all the amenities needed, plus some. Beds were comfortable and we wanted to stay longer!

Family Visit
The house is spectacular and clean, the property is beautiful and well kept. It’s quiet county living at its best. We only had two nights but could spend a week or longer as it felt like home. If you’re looking for somewhere near UTK but feels like it’s away from the crowds this is the place. It only takes about 15-20 minutes to get to campus. I highly recommend this house and hope I get a chance to stay again.

This was hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed. Great outdoor space and trails, gorgeous inside and perfect setup for 2 couples or 4 people. Everything you could possibly need to feel at home….down to a coffee grinder and yummy coffee provided! Hosts immediately answer any question and beds are better than mine at home!!! Would stay again in a MY minute!

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely welcome gift, which set the tone for our stay. The cottage was quaint and beautifully designed, with many thoughtful details that made it feel just like home. It’s the perfect retreat if you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle. What a peaceful and wonderful cabin! Greeted with fresh flowers on the screen porch and a delightful welcome bag, this is certainly a jewel in the VRBO crown! The super close parking and bed inside the front door made for the perfect place for elderly parents. They are both asking when we get to go back. From incredible views with porches to a wonderful kitchen, den and bathrooms, every aspect of this cabin is a delightful oasis!

Can't say enough about the Willox cabin! Absolutely beautiful, peaceful location outside the hustle and bustle of the city and tourist attractions that are a short drive away. Thoroughly enjoyed the two screened porches and the large, shady backyard communing with nature (visited by a fawn one evening!). Upscale amenities provided and the welcome bag was an unexpected pleasure. The perfect spot to unwind -- highly recommend!

Beautiful serene location
This place is so beautiful. The location is so peaceful and quiet with nature all around. The amenities are perfect. Everything you'd need to enjoy a night by the fire, a movie in the living room, a soak in the claw foot tub. So relaxing after a day of sightseeing . Close to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Cannot recommend this property enough! If/when we get back to Knoxville, this is where we will stay! Thanks for making their beautiful home available.

The restored 1890’s cabin is full of southern charm and modern finishes. It was the perfect getaway. Beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. Perfect location for us to spend time with our Johnson University student. I cannot recommend more highly. Everything was as advertised and more!

Absolutely perfect!
This cabin was exactly what I needed! Completely redone on the inside, spotless, and in such a beautiful and peaceful setting. I enjoyed the soaking tub, the little fireplace in the backyard, cooking in the kitchen, and the peacefulness of the property. I was welcomed with a nice little gift bag and a handwritten note. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Darling Cabin!
We loved our stay in this darling cabin. Worked great for two couples! . Owners provided robes that made everything feel like luxury hotel/resort. We were in town to visit our daughter at UTK and the 20 min drive to the cabin was well worth the beautiful surroundings. Loved sitting on front and back porch in the morning and evening. We loved this spot, but wish we would have known that there was only one shower and that the first floor bedroom was right as you walked in the cabin. It worked for our small group but not ideal.
