I am truly delighted to read you had a tremendous relaxing time in enjoying one of the best beaches of Koh Chang and by using our wonderful infinity pool. All our facilities and services tend to meet the best standards, including the amenities and cleanliness that you have greatly appreciated during your stay with us. I sincerely apologize for the minor issues and breaches in our procedures you have faced, particularly the handling of your room as for to find a solution for a twin bed during this very busy period of the year. I regret our staff did not specifically shown you where to find and use the dedicated "Service Bell" to effortlessly order Food & Beverage from the pool area. Nevertheless, we will certainly use your comments to improve the signs on the grounds of the property for the best Guest’s experience. For your kind information, sand flies’ bites are easily identifiable, and I do not agree with your statement especially because most of flying insects in the area are only harmless midges or mosquitoes with an equal level of risk that in any other destination of South East Asia. However, prevention and safety-conscious steps are part of our daily management so we will keep cleaning and ensure best practice as usual. Finally, despite our prices stayed stable over the past years, I feel sorrowful you faced a mechanical increase due to the higher currency exchange rate from your originated country.
