Superbly convenient location right at the door of JR Kobe station and just as close to Hankyu Kosoku-Kobe station. Entertainment district of Sannomiya, Chinatown etc only 1-2 stops in one direction, whereas the lovely Kobe harbour with the tower, shopping, food and beautiful view is a short stroll in the other direction. The property is comfortable, the room is spacious for Japan, the "single" bed in the "single" room was actually king sized and squishy soft (many hotels in Japan have very hard beds). There was also a little sofa in the room which I liked. Due to a typhoon I had to extend my stay twice after cancelling accommodation in other cities, which was done without difficulty by the friendly staff, who tried very hard to accommodate me in English. Coin laundry facilities, free coffee, microwave and vending machines were all useful. I also was very appreciative that the staff left me my privacy and didn't hover around like they do in some hotels. The "Do not disturb" sign on my door was well respected. The only downside was that the room was a bit dark. The window was a bit small and didn't open correctly so I wished for more ventilation; also the two ceiling lights were not very bright and there wasn't one over the bed so the room was always in half-light. But this is a minor inconvenience. I have stayed in this hotel twice now already and I would stay again without hesitation. Recommended.

As you said we have convenient location that very close to the big train stations. There are also some shopping malls which have very delicious restaurants and Japanese souvenir. And you can also go to Harborlan by walk and enjoy the fantastic nigh view of Kobe. Actually we gave you a free upgrade so you could have a more comfortable stay here. We usually give the customers service like this if we have empty room and we are very happy to know that you like it. And at same time we very sorry about the windows and lights of the room.
