Ok with some minor issues.
Hotel is nice and good location. The only two things that were a problem, was noisy guests banging and/or jumping around till after 11 pm and again before 7am. The bathroom could be a little bigger as the room was a good size.

A perfect, relaxing stay after your Fuji-Q Highland thrills! The staff was extremely helpful when we had to add an extra day to our stay. The rooms allow you to crack the window to get in some fresh Mount Fuji air.

Great and friendly staff. Second time staying there and have always had a great experience. A good location for anyone planning to walk to the Chureito Pagoda and Kawaguchiko since it’s between the two. And has a great onset on the top floor with a view of Mt Fuji. Also great access to FujiQ Highland if you’d like to go there.

Parking is easy, location is good, The room is small, and limited service provided by the hotel. The public bath onsen is okay, cannot really see Mount Fuji unless you stand up in the public bath. Breakfast was so so, not much choices for kids.

It was great but don’t expect great English, they do provide great buffet. They use their own services like taxi so you can’t expect them to help with other companies.

We stayed here after Fuji Q Highland. The hotel was very comfortable and we enjoyed the buffet dinner one night which was excellent (but not cheap!). Just note that the location is a bit isolated. While it looks close to Fuji Q Highland, it's about a 15 min walk to the park gates. And there's not much near the hotel... it was about a 7-10 min walk to the nearest restaurant and Lawsons!

Room and bathroom were clean and pleasant. View was good though obstructed by the park. Staff were unable to support with basic transport questions. Onsen was clean and operational, however lacked some facilities eg sauna, cold pool. No area to relax (no lobby), and no tea/coffee available except with paid breakfast.

Wonderful breakfast but many people. Hotel location is good with a very big supermarket with 5 mins walk (Watahan 綿半) Onsen is also very good.
