The mt fuji view is often cloudy and have cables and roller coaster track spoiling the view. Food is nice.

It’s just okay
It was fine - it’s very standard. I think the price is a bit high for what it is though. It’s cheaper to stay in many hotels in Tokyo than it is to stay here, so I would probably find a different hotel if I go back to Fuji.

I really love this hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The view of Mount Fuji from the onsen is breathtaking. I'm definitely going to come back and stay at this hotel if I ever visit Japan again.

Excellent property - newest one in the area. It is walkable to many areas in Kawaguchiko but the Fuji Q amusement park cuts off the direct route so it is longer. Clean and professional staff.
