One night in Fujikawaguchiko
Easy self check in, quick and efficient. Room was very small but all I needed, room was clean. Any western bed in Japan is hard, this is no exception. I don't know how these beds are harder than the futon on the floor but they are all like this in my experience. Private bathrooms with shower/bath. Airconditioning was a life saver. Breakfast was amazing, there is a building A with Japanese breakfast and Building B (these are connected buildings) has breads and more of what is called a "continental breakfast" in North America. Japanese breakfast had lots of selection and the food was great quality. Location close to the Rope and Rail but far from the Pagoda so plan accordingly.
