We rented a room that said to have a double or two twin beds. It ended up giving us a double bed. We requested for 2 twin beds. They said no more for the next 2 nights. After they found out that we’re going to say 3 night, they gave us a 2 twin beds roomed with extra fee. The staff was polite and listened to us patiently 👍. They offered two types of breakfast with lots of choices 👍👍

Hotel location is not near station but regular free shuttle service provided by hotel made it convenience to travel. Breakfast can be improved. Hotel staffs are helpful and hard working to keep things in order.

I’ve asked for a mt Fuji view if possible, but they assigned me with the last room on the floor with a view of other rooms!! Very limited shuttle service, breakfast is very simple and average, no in room amenities, only 2.5 restaurants in the area, why half because one has nothing much to offer besides boil food, boil gyoza, boil veggies, boil ramen, and that was it.

the price is friendly for single traveler, and also grateful that the breakfast is included. the free shuttle is convenient to the station and to other hot spots. not very far to other restaurants and covenient stores and a big super market.

I stayed one night at Toyoko Inn Fuji Kawaguchiko Ohashi and found it to be in a fantastic location—only a 10-minute walk to beautiful Lake Kawaguchiko, with souvenir shops and restaurants nearby as well. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station every 30 minutes, making it easy to get around. The only downside was that my room had a noticeable cigarette smell, which took away from an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its location and amenities, but it would be great if they improved the room ventilation or provided non-smoking rooms for guests.

This is a great hotel for a short stay
The rooms are small, but comfortable. Their shuttle service is very convenient. Their included buffet breakfast has good variety. Their rates are quite reasonable. Not a particularly luxurious hotel, but clean and way more than adequate.

We lost one of our carry on bag, we needed to retrieve it that was left in the JR train, the staff went above & beyond to help us to find it because we don’t speak Japanese. We were able to locate it at lost & found at JR terminal with everything intact. We really appreciate their professional level of complete outstanding service.

I cannot say enough the good things about this property. First of all the price is very good. And it comes with free shuttle pickup from the train station. Free breakfast. Decent size of room. Friendly staff who speaks good English. Automatic check-in checkout machine. When we checked out to go to Gotemba premium outlet as the next step, I realized they have a free bus service to send us straight there. And we could have used the same free service when we came from Mishima train station which could saved more. Highly recommended.
