Huoneemme oli loistava mutta muut tilat olivat korjaamista vaille. Vastaanotossa työskentelevä henkilö ei ollut asiakaspalvelija. Hän ei mm. kertonut meille saapuessamme yhtään mitään, ei edes huoneemme sijaintia. Emme saaneet myöskään infoa aamupalan aikatauluista tai paikastakaan. Paikka oli helppo arvata kun hotellilla on vain yksi ravintola, mutta aikataulu olisi ollut hyvä tietää. Koetimme tietoa saada aamupalan henkilöiltä, mutta heillä oli hieman haasteita kielen kanssa joten emme vieläkään tiedä kuinka pitkään aamupala on tuolla tarjolla.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer jedoch nicht wirklich sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool, welcher ziemlich dreckig war. Auch der Stoffsessel auf der Terrasse war ziemlich dreckig und schmuddelig. Es kann jedoch auch daran liegen, dass es Ende Saison war und die Sauberkeit sonst besser ist. Die Anlage ansonsten war sehr gepflegt und das Essen super.

Great!

We had a room with private pool access, it was just great! There was plenty of space in our room. Everything was clean. There are several restaurants just nearby and the beach is a short walk away. We definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed two weeks in the Baywater Resort. We had a great time and would recommend the hotel! The hotel staff people are really friendly and helpful in each situation. We had a hotel room with direct pool access. It was amazing! The food in the hotel itself is also really good but compare to the restaurants quite expensive. We would definitely come again

Rauhaa kaipaavalle

Hotelli on keskeneräinen, josta kertoo myös henk kunnan pre opening team työasut. Huone siisti, mutta kalustus puuttuu (esim. pukukaappia ei ollut). Henkilökunnalla huono englannin kielen taito, joten kommunikointi hankalaa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hidas palvelu.
