Conrad Koh Samui offers 66 air-conditioned accommodations with private pools and private plunge pools. Rooms open to furnished balconies or patios. Simply lovely! This stay has been one of the best ones so far Ive been to, incredible architecture and accurately built area in and around the entire land covering every scenic area, incredible and mostly peaceful, quite and enjoyable to take a good rest from the busy world, and exceptional service and 24-hr buggy service is appreciated as it takes 2 mins to get to your villa on the buggy, so its very useful, Breakfast could be better, very less options and not so great deserts options for the ending, I believe they could do more options but I am not sure why we experienced this on our stay! Rest of all, pitch to perfect!

OVERPRICED
Amazing view from the room and great service. BUT overall it’s an overpriced hotel for novorish people. There Is NOTHING around and they don’t really have a beach. We have stayed in these kind of level hotel in Thailand and this one was the less successful from all of them.You can feel that it’s Hilton and not in a good way. There are better options in the Island. It felt for us like a bible that you can put anywhere and not Thai at all.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were exceptional as were the facilities and restaurants of the hotel. You could not ask for a more beautiful view. The sun sets were sensational. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

We asked for the cleaning but wasn't done or only partially done. I believe this kind of service does not match a high-end resort. And the staff should remind people that the cart ride can be dangerous.

Great stay overall. It's very picturesque anywhere in the property. Staff was great, the room's view was perfect for sunset watching, and our room was always kept clean (in the morning and they return again in the evening). Impressed with management as well since they were so hands on - you will see them roaming around the property to actually help clean tables and even drive the buggy for the guests. Breakfast buffet as also good with a diverse selection. The spa service was also amazing. The stay was almost perfect. The only thing we did not like was the in room villa dining. Restaurant food was decent but the villa dining's food quality was terrible! Carbonara we ordered was dry and the fries were stale. You also have to wait for 1 hour for the food to arrive. Time it well as you might miss the sunset like we did. Location is also far from everything so it's inconvenient to go out and eat.
