The property is slightly older but well maintained. Staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious. It is near the Chewang beach area and basic facilties are easily accessible around the area.

Power went out for an entire night from 6 pm to 12 am - resulted in some cockroaches entering the bathroom which I had to kill. Property is nice and good price but no way is it a 5 star - more like a 3 star hotel. The showers were also not powerful and my toilet did not flush. Pool was nice and rooms were large. Very hilly and lots of stairs to access anything not great if any mobility issues. No beach access it’s on the beach front but no actual sand / beach which was very disappointing. And to top it off I broke a glass and was charged which I thought was cheeky I’ve never experienced that before! 100 baht for a broken glass

Loved this place and the views. The tide was high so the beach was not accessible but that didn’t stop us from getting on the water.

3rd stay at the Briza
Have stayed at this hotel before and the experience previously was so much better. The room was tired, the air conditioning leaked and had to be repaired twice during our stay. Breakfast was poor at best, food generally cold no matter what time you went for breakfast and limited choices Stairs leading to beach were dangerous and although when mentioned to Ken they were repaired that morning, they should not have been allowed to fall into such a dangerous level of disrepair. I have to say that the activities in the hotel for the full moon celebration were excellent Sadly no longer the hotel of choice for us in Chaweng now, there are better hotels for the same price We stayed in a room with plunge pool, broken tiles in the pool and generally just tired and in need of refresh

My stay at the Briza hotel was nothing short of amazing, but it wouldn't have been this way without the professionalism and attention to detail that Ken, the hotel manager exhibited. He is a diamond in the rough, always eager to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. His presence is difficult to miss, as he makes himself available from breakfast until late nights, making those staying at the resort a high priority. No request was too small. Early check-in? Done. Late checkout? Done. He truly made my stay memorable and comfortable and I would most certainly stay again. The rooms were also clean, staff were pleasant. I would certainly stay again!

Idyllic location, peace and quiet, beautiful grounds, can walk straight onto quiet northern end of chaweng beach. Within easy reach of chaweng centre. Staff all excellent at what they do and genuinely lovely people.

Absolute Rubbish.
Miserable! You charge 5 star prices. Use pictures taken decades ago to promote your product. When the truth is. Paint will only hide dry rot & concrete cancer for so long. Black mould in the air-conditioning filter, & under the eve's over the spa, dropping onto the poorly repaired decking with several boards broken and with jagged edges.

A beautiful quiet resort at the quiet end of chaweng. The staff were all wonderful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The beach was beautiful and quiet. If you want a resort away from the hustle and bustle of central Chaweng, but still within walking distance then Briza is the perfect resort

Staff was not help full or respectful to me when I didn’t feel comfortable in my room and they would give me a refund to go else where or be close to being compromising to make me stay and feel comfortable here the only people on this property where loyal and true was the chef for breakfast who made omelets
