Kolarista 40 km pohjoiseen. Vuonna 2002 valmistunut lautarakenteinen mökki. Tupakeittiö, 2 makuuhuonetta, toisessa 2 kerrossänkyä (90 cm leveät vuoteet) ja toisessa 2 erillistä vuodetta ( 90 cm leveät vuoteet). Sauna (sähkökiuas), pesuhuone/ wc, erillinen wc, kodinhoitohuone. Ulkovarasto, jossa suksienvoiteluteline.
Hoidetulle ladulle pääsee Kruununtien päästä, jossa parikkipaikka. Parkkipaikalta kulkee latu Luosuun ja Velhon kodalle. Matkaa mökiltä tulee n. 4 km. Ladulle pääsee myös Velhon kodan parkkipaikalta., jonne mökiltä matkaa tulee n. 6 km.
Kohteessa langaton nettiyhteys sekä ilmalämpöpumppu.
Kodikas mökki rauhallisella Hannukaisen mökkialueella, kuitenkin vain n. 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Äkäslompolon palveluista. Takapihalta matkaa jokirantaan n. 80 m. Ei uintimahdollisuutta. Kohteeseen ei saa tuoda lemmikkejä. Parvi ei ole käytössä. Hinnat sisältävät loppusiivouksen. Liinavaatteita on mahdollista vuokrata. Autonlämmitystä varten ulkopistorasiat sekä mökin että varaston seinässä. Jatkojohto kannattaa varata mukaan.
