This spacious one bedroom condo is decorated with tasteful island decor throughout. Bedroom is comfortably furnished with linens, pillows, and bed coverings. King bed in the master bedroom. Louvered windows allow the island breezes to sweep through, and ceiling fans keep the unit cool in the warmer months. Full kitchen to cook all of your meals, and a full size washer and dryer for your added convenience. Condo features TV, Cable, DVD, CD Player, and WIFI. Additional resort features include assigned parking, private pool, and an activity room with a self-serve DVD and book library.

Location is centralized and puts you off the beaten path yet close enough for the island's best restaurants and shopping! Wednesday afternoons you can enjoy the farmer's market at Kukui'ula Village Shopping Center with entertaining live music.

From your fourth floor viewpoint, located conveniently close to the elevator and staircase in this 35 unit complex, view a daily panorama that often includes playful humpback whales (December – April), Hawaiian spinner dolphins, sea turtles (honu), surfers, and the most breathtaking sunset that Kaua'i has to offer.

Great Kauai Condo
Great location for exploring Mauai. Condo was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Easy, quick trip to Poipu Beach. Great views from balcony. Easy check-in/checkout. Highly recommend.

Great location for Poipu/Brennekes/Shipwreck. Sunsets amazing!
We stayed here for a week and had a great time. I was a bit hesitant to book because there were only 2 reviews before me, but everything was perfect! The place was well stocked, better than is typical with condos managed by a company and not an individual owner. There were plenty of functioning non-stick pans, and all the kitchen utensils and appliances necessary for cooking at home. We used the grill below the parking lot for steaks. In the closet were 4 beach chairs, a cooler, snorkel gear and 2 beach umbrellas. There were salt/pepper/spices in the cupboard. The condo is located on the side of the building that is not just behind the road, so is quite a bit quieter than those in the other wing. In addition, the lanai faces directly toward the sunset and we really enjoyed dinner out there each evening. It is about a 10 minute walk to Brennekes Beach. Overall it was everything we needed for a great vacation!
