Expansive Oceanviews, AC, Walk to Poipu Beach

This is a 2-story home combining our 2,300 square foot Oceanview: 3 Bed, 2 Bath upstairs unit (vrbo.com/1169561) with our 1,350 square foot Aloha: 2 Bed, 2 Bath downstairs unit (vrbo.com/1172355). Each has a separate entrance and guests can move up and down using the front exterior stairs. This home accommodates 10 people in beds and up to 14 using inflatable beds.

The pool that is pictured belongs to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which is a 2 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk away. Access may be available for an additional cost. Please inquire for details.

The home is fully air conditioned for comfort and privacy.. 2 master suites, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. An 8 foot sliding glass door provide excellent views and cool trade winds. There is hardwood flooring in the entry, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Berber carpeting in bedrooms. And tile floors in baths and granite counters in both kitchens and all baths.

The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and a private covered lanai. The master bath has a deep soak tub with 2n shower heads and double sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sleigh bed. The second bath has a deep soak tub and shower plus double sinks as well. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds.

The downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and access to an outside covered lanai. The master bath has a large jacuzzi tub and double sinks. 2 full kitchens with double door refrigerators, ice makers and filtered water. Ceramic top stoves with ovens. Full sets of pots and pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. Upstairs dining table seats 8 and downstairs seats 6 with four bar stools.

2 covered lanais each have outdoor dining tables for 6 and BBQ grills. 50 inch TVs in upstairs and downstairs living rooms and TVs in all five bedrooms. Beach towels, beach chairs and coolers provided as well.

Cleaning and Disinfection:
Your health and safety are our top priority. We are now following a thoroughly enhanced cleaning policy. Your accommodation has been thoroughly cleaned using SafeStay standards, an EPA approved, hospital-grade disinfectant that has been found to kill 99.9% of detectable pathogens. Your front door is then sealed and no one is allowed to enter till you do so with your access code. We want you to assure you that cleaning and disinfection is being done to the highest of standards.

Walking access the beach!
The accommodations were comfortable, and the upper and lower levels with stairs allowed our family to come and go. The only two things that posed issues were the parking, and the trash. We returned several times to find our allotted parking spots were taken by someone else. The trash is located at the back of the property, and by the end of our stay it appeared as though ours and everyone else was piled high and overflowing, flies and all. We enjoyed our stay. A short walk to the beach where swimming is safe and turtles rest on the shoreline.

Great accommodation for a family or group vacation. Well stocked with everything you need at home and/or the beach with plenty of room for alone time if desired. Location is perfect for walking to the local beaches or taking a stroll around town. Also enjoyed the beach club.

Nice house and great location
We loved our time at the house. It was clean and spacious and worked well for our group of 12. The kitchen items are lacking to be able to make meals for the family and we had to bring down items from upstairs to downstairs. And the grill needs to be cleaned. Great location and easy check in and check out. Now just waiting on our deposit refunded since we left it in immaculate condition.

Manager was very responsive when we had a problem with one of the air conditioners. Didn't think the photos of the property were a very accurate representation of the upstairs. Property needs some updating and care: curtains in upstairs were off the rod in places, kitchen faucet came off when in use. Was a little disappointed for the price we paid. Location was fabulous - you could see the ocean and walk to Poipu beach.

Wonderful house! So close to the ocean!
My family visited for 10 days and it was the perfect accommodation for our large group! The lanai’s are wonderful to spend time outside. It is very spacious overall. The property is beautiful with so many Hawaiian plants and flowers. The perfect place for family photos. I enjoyed beautiful walks each morning in the surrounding area. You can get to the water in a 2 minute walk! The beach is walking distance as well! Poipu Beach is great including the park for kids! They even have beach chairs, boogie boards, a surf board, and coolers for you to use during your stay which is so convenient. Highly recommend this beach house!

beautiful home and excellent location
Our family of 10 spent 9 days staying in this duplex. We had a wonderful time there. The house is very nice decorated, plenty spaces for everyone. Conveniently located- couple of minutes walking to the beach to see the turtles, sea lions and/or relax at the beaches. The property manager is very responsive to our questions and request. We are highly recommending this place to others for their vacation in Poipu Beach. We just love it and plan to go back again.

Beautiful House in Poipu
The house was perfect for our stay - we enjoyed having the 2 separate units. The 2 big kitchens, the sitting areas, the lovely bedrooms and laundry facilities made it all very comfortable. Memorable Mom's 80th
My brothers took my mom on a trip of a lifetime and our family stay here was perfect. The stocked kitchen allowed for meals, the balcony was able to accommodate everyone and the rooms worked out well. We had a group of 12 and we made it work thanks to the abundance of air mattresses The location is perfect with lots of parking and a walkable neighborhood leading to the beaches of Poipu.

The house, both upstairs and downstairs units combined, was perfect for our family group of 9. The house and both kitchens were well stocked and the location was perfect- very close (but not too close) to poipu beach, Brennekes etc. If anything the online description understates the ocean view.

The duplex accommodation filled all of our needs. The location was great. Dan was incredibly responsive to our needs and easy to communicate with. The only reason I gave it a 4 for cleanliness is that the wood floor could have been a bit cleaner, and there was normal wear and tear from a rental property. The location and space made up for it all, nd the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had 13 people in our group and enough privacy for all.

Fabulous Stay at Poipu Beach
Our family of 12 people really enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented both the top and bottom units. There is a nice view of the ocean from the top floor porch and the spacious living area on the top floor was a great place for the family to congregate. It is a very short walk to the closest beach (2-3 minutes) and 10 minutes to Poipu Beach. The property manager, Dan, and the management team were very responsive to our requests. We recommend using the optional Poipu Beach club for children (pool) and adults (workout facilities). We highly recommend staying at this property and the island of Kauai.

Amazing location and great space for multiple groups!
This property was set up perfectly for our extended family to all be together while still having our own spaces. The location was great - a quick walk 10 minute walk to Poipu Beach and a 15 minute walk to the Grand Hyatt. They were multiple boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers for our beach trips. The property manager Dan was extremely responsive when we had a small issue the first day. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The location was absolutely amazing! There were 10 of us and we had plenty of space and beds and baths. A few items could have been better as far as light bulbs out, supplies all filled, fans working, BUT we would stay here again, the beds were comfortable, the space accomodated all our people and the views and location cannot be beat!

Fabulous location, wonderful space, top notch communication and service!
Everything in the description was easy to follow. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well appointed. They even go the extra mile to provide beach chairs & towels, umbrella, a mask, cooler, etc. Would stay here again when I come to Kauai.

Fantastic location, perfect for family's,
Perfect for large family vacation, full equipped kitchen but close enough to dine out. Patios with ocean view, comfortable furniture. Walking distance to snorkeling, boogie boarding family beach. Loved this home!
We stayed in the upstairs and downstairs units with our group of 10 people. We loved this home and would absolutely recommend it! The use of all the beach supplies was so appreciated, it was perfect for our family of 4 kids and 6 adults. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
