This modern luxury apartment is located in the middle of the pedestrian zone of Constance's old town. The spacious living area awaits you with a comfortable sofa, a Fatboy beanbag and a large smart TV including Netflix to relax. A small library and a game collection offer you additional variety.

The fluffy club chairs in the open-plan dining area offer seating for 4 people. The fully-equipped kitchen will make amateur chefs' hearts beat faster. There is of course a dishwasher for washing up, a Nespresso machine and an induction hob with oven.

In the ultra-modern bathroom, with Japanese Aquaclean toilet, you can enjoy the 140 cm wide shower with Hans Grohe fittings and Raindance overhead shower all to yourself. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo. There is also a small storage room with a MIELE washer-dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner and wardrobe.

After a perfect day in Constance, you can fall into the cozy queen-size bed. The quiet bedroom facing the inner courtyard provides you with maximum sleeping comfort away from the hustle and bustle of the old town at night. Discreet built-in wardrobes, installed by a carpenter, offer you plenty of storage space for your luggage. A small desk has also been integrated for relaxed working during your stay.

Excellent location But no lift and 3 steep flights of stairs.Bright airy lounge room/ kitchen. No English explanations of appliances. Online registering to receive transport cards and internet password.Registration was difficult as no English version. Owner did try to help. Wardrobes locked so no hanging space…. Other people’s shampoo and soaps that were half used left in bathroom.No new guest soaps. No hand soap in bathroom.Only one roll of toilet paper
