Private: property 150 m2, well-kept garden, natural garden 150 m2, meadow 100 m2, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 150 m, restaurant 250 m, bus stop 50 m. Ski lift 7 km, ski school 7 km, children's playground 200 m. Nearby attractions: Park Miniatur Zabytków Dolnego Śląska 500 m, Muzeum Zabawek 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Stacja narciarska Czarnów 6 km. Owner uses some rooms in the house.
