Room is nice
receptionist is friendly and nice
small but good to stay for a night just to have a good rest.
overall everything went fine..
Very good customer service.
Very difficult to find. On the way to the hostel, you get "attacked" (for a lack of a better term) by these men that are trying to sell you a place to stay, food, or SIM card. Once you finally successfully get past them, it was unclear which floor to check into. After you find out that information, you can take the elevator up but one elevator only goes to the even floors and the other the odd floors. The elevator was slow and often met capacity. After checking in, the elevator does not reach all floors so you have to take the stairs that were sometimes very filthy. The room was overall decent but the bed was a bit hard and the pillow was as well. This is a hostel where the bathroom doesn't separate the shower from the toilet so make sure you go to the bathroom before taking a shower. Overall, it was close to the metro and walking distance to many attractions.
You will find that this is one of the cheapest accommodations you will find in Hong Kong. So you get what you pay for. If you're not used to staying in a really cheap accommodation, you will find this place to be scary, unsafe, below the standards that you're used to. This is located in the "Chunking Mansions" Plaza. Every Chinese person in Hong Kong has something negative to say about this. I don't have enough time and space to provide more details, but do searches on this to educate yourself of the past history with this area. So my strong suggestion is you do searches about Chunking Mansions before booking here. The hostel is located inside this Plaza. We were on the 17th floor, but only one elevator goes as high as the 16th floor. So when you get off the 16th floor, you need to take the stairs. Please be careful and watch your belongings if you stay here. I didn't experience anything too negative, but please be prudent and research this area prior to booking.

Cheap, good location
ok so this is Hong Kong and the Chun King mansion is well...notorious.
Expect long waits for the elevator, and imagine the smallest hotel room you can...and then cut that in half.
The front desk guy was friendly and helpful, and we decided to pay extra for the triple room so we had somewhere to put our 2 suitcases. The double room had walls on 3 sides of the bed, with about 40 cm of floor space at the end of the bed. The bathroom has shower, sink and toilet all in the smallest space you can imagine. You have to straddle the toilet to shower. Cheap, but surprisingly quiet. not the most comfortable beds. Fairly clean though
Only found the building, but I am not be able find the room, the owner or even receptionsit. The building is so creepy and the room located on 17th floor which is the elevator can't reach (only 15th fl), so we have to climb up for 2 floors. However, we still couldn't find the room, then we've tried to ask people who seen live the next door, but they akso have no idea where the room is exactly and how to contact the owner, so we gave up and book another hotel... must say it was a horrible experience.
Very friendly and helpful front desk. I did not have the electric plug that fits hong kong standard but the the front desk found me a converter to use to charge my mobile. Also provided help with routes and local transport options.
The double bed room is extremely small. For two people, you could barely move, so you only stay there to sleep at night.
The room was clean, staff was polite, fast wifi, location was good, but better to stay in Jordan area since it's the closest to temple street night market.
Overall, expect nothing else but a place to sleep from this budget guest house.
