May visit again if new face-lift of the hotel
Location is really near to good food haunt we usually go to but hotel needs new refurbishment soon. Too old for me and my room has a old and musky smell. Wardrobe is old and cannot be closed properly. However, staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful hotel
My mom and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they upgraded our room to a suite for free, that truly made our day after a long and tiring international flight. The hotel is conveniently located at the Jordan station, the location also offers great options for dim sum restaurants, pharmacies, coffee shops and bakeries. Overall, it’s easy to get around the city from here, and the room is very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Very convenience location. And friendly staff too. Cons: lift space. Can be a little congested at time. Did request for a higher floor but missed out this time. So the view wasn’t great at all and had to keep the curtain closed at all time.

When it comes to selecting a hotel, I want clean, good location, and good value, in that order. Unfortunately, this hotel did not feel clean. Old is perfectly fine, carpet feels dirty, stains on the sink perimeter, hair in a few places. Overall feels poorly maintained. The direct call buttons on the phone supposed to be front desk and housekeeping didn't work. A recessed light didn't work, etc. Location turns out to be just average, a bit of a walk to the pier to the south and to the street markets to the north. Sorry, I can't recommend this place.

Room is clean and well maintained. Room size is good for couple. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located conveniently near Jordan MTR.
