At night we cannot come in through the mall but have to enter through main door, the problem is we need to walk through a corner where people are smoking.

The staff at this hotel was wonderful! Sammy, Andy and another gentleman that I did not catch the name of saved my day! My sec time staying in Royal Plaza! Hotel is clean and convenient most important the hotel is big, super near metro station (Mong Kok East station) cut thru the mall and 10-15 mins walk to Mong Kok station. Nice food everywhere. Will book the hotel again! Cut thru the mall to morning market/nightmarket! Highly recommended. Kids friendly too!
