Our stay was great I really think is one of the best hotels in Aonang, the staff was very friendly and the best part was that we have a golf car that will drive us to our room which was amazing, we have the water view and I was really beautiful, the only thing was that next door they have a family with little kids that make a lot noise late into the night, so it will be nice if they have a family section, so other guests can’t be disturbed. Other than that we lived this hotel.

The hotel is located in a great location. It is close to shopping, the beach, and across the street from a 7-11. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful, outstanding. The welcome drink of coconut water and soaked lotus flower petals, was one of the most refreshing drinks that I had ever had in my life. Always ask for more.

Our first room had a small leak on one window because of all the rain, the hotel quickly gave us a different room which was much larger and nicer, very excellent service by the entire hotel staff. Restaurant is excellent with a huge breakfast selection.

Great beds, breakfast and location.
Fantastic location. Very easy to get to Ao Nang beach&other boat operators for trips etc. Lots of food stalls&laundry facilities right at the doorstep. Staff were very friendly&accommodating. Our room was upgraded on the 2nd day when a mountain view was available-worth the switch as it was lovely to wake up to! Celebrated our anniversary&my husband's birthday here. Housekeeping decorated the room for us & gave some cake which was a lovely touch. Then at breakfast, staff sang happy birthday & gave a chocolate decorated plate with waffles&fruit. Greatly appreciated! Breakfast was extensive, different options daily & very tasty. My daughter loved the kids breakfast corner. Pool area was ok sized & tidy. Only negatives hence the loss in a star-when it rained all the external staircases were never moped up after, being a great trip hazard. Slipped a number of times. Given the humidity, the stairs took ages after a rainfall to dry up. The other negative was the playground & kids club. We had high hopes for it, but when we arrived realised both are literally equipped for toddlers & babies mainly. With only a TV/video game for the older kids. My 6 year old got very bored & would just go there to hangout/watch TV. More activities would have been nice. Our stay of 8nights, the club was never busy despite many families staying, can see why. Also, the club was the only place we experienced lazy staff who showed very little enthusiasm. Didn't talk/interact with our daughter much either.

Excellent property in terms of amenities and location. I was on buildings 6, which is a bit of a walk from the lobby, but otherwise it was all fine. The staff were as very happy to assist with anything I needed.

Great hotel, clean and modern in a great location, the rooms were and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Ao Nang.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Krabi
We stay at Holiday Inn Resort Ao Nang twice a year. We wouldn't say anywhere else in Krabi. Staff are so friendly and helpful, Bank is so good toput you through a workout at the gym, or at kid's club. Food is consistently good and VFM. We will be back again

Beautiful property. It take sometime to learn ways to navigate to avoid some of the stairs as there are many. Staff courteous and helpful. Food could have been a lot better but cocktails were very goos

When we checked in they gave us king size bed, instead of 2 single beds which was my actual booking. The staff said don't have available beds..But , I insisted the staff gave us another room . The room has no tissue box besides the bed. Other wise, is ok. Cleanliness need vacuuming the bed comforter was dusty.
