Spent the night here before we got on our boat to Railay. It was a pass the time hotel. We were able to walk to the pier and buy our tickets there with our backpacks which was convenient. We had a lovely room with a balcony that looked over the pool. Their restaurant closes very early (4 pm I think?) but they recommend us to go to the restaurant next door which was good enough to hold us over for the one night. The drive to the pier is about 15 minutes because of how the roads are but it’s a quick walk.
Modern, helpful friendly staff. Comfortable room, very good shower. Reception staff friendly, helpful and funny.
Lots of local restaurants nearby.
Close to pier and great scenery.
This property is absolutely gorgeous, what you see in the photos is exactly what you get, an architecturally designed building with details that provide a harmonious feeling throughout the building. Room finishing is 5 star with even dressing gowns being provided.
When we arrived we were pleased with modern look, clean installation and the nice pool. Unfortunately that’s where it stops. First, the, staff can barely speak OR understand basic English and the shuttle to the beach is a lie. They dropped us off but we waited in 40 degree heat and they never came to take us back. We had to pay 300 bath for a tuk tuk back to the hotel ( at least we go a refund from the hotel manager). We couldn’t sleep during the whole stay since the mattress was made out of concrete. At one point we wanted to sleep on the floor. Same with the chairs and the tiny tiny balcony. There’s no way to people can sit comfortably. As for the location goes, it is extremely bad !!!!! As for the room service it was inconsistent. One day the food was excellent and the next day just awful. So much that we haven’t finish our plate. What are the alternative aside from room sert, well there’s not much except for a 7 11 and street food. Nothing to do.... Boring as hell. We were so miserable at that hotel that we decided to cancel our stay and go to Aree Tara ( of course no refund of the night we canceled). We arrived at our other hotel Aree Tara and it’s night and day. It’s to bad because it’s a nice place but the mattress, chairs and service is unacceptable!!!!!!
Overall the hotel itself is in great condition. The room was immaculately cleaned every day, and the lobby and rooms are very nice.
A couple things for people looking to stay here:
1) This is not close to Ao Nang, it's not even remotely walking distance. Therefore you need to take the hotel's free shuttle (3x/day) or a bus or taxi into Ao Nang or the surrounding beaches
2) The hotel is NOT sound proof! There are roosters that love to make themselves heard at all hours (unbeknownst to me, I thought they only made noise at sun up). You will also hear guests if they choose to have drinks on their balcony.
The staff are pleasant and welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for families looking for something more quiet out of the party area of Ao Nang.

Liked: Staff & service
The staff was helpful, and the reception and restaurant people really went above and beyond to please the guests. The hotel looks awesome from the outside, and the entrance and common areas are great.
But: the swimming pool doesn't have any views and ONLY 8 lounge chairs (always busy). The breakfast is lacking variety. The walls are paper-think and you can hear the TV or noises everywhere. The location is pretty bad (having scooters in the hotel is great, but how about rainy days!)
Watch out for the gala dinner fee. It is not something you will either receive or be refunded for. Such a shame as everything else about the hotel was good (except the gym which needs some work to bring it up to standard).
The hotel is great in terms of cleanliness but it is far from railay beach. Be prepared to take a ferry to railay. On the way back to the hotel from railay one night we couldn't get a ferry for a long time and had to pay 600 baht for 2 people (this is usually the price charged for 8 people on a boat) in the dark.
The hotel is modern and nice looking front the outside and the rooms are cleaned efficiently and timely.
That is all I can say that was good about this hotel.
The bar was never open and they did not serve alcohol.
The pool has a tiled floor and is dangerous to get into - I twisted my ankle getting in. Once in the pool for about 15 mins my hair turned green. When reporting this to the staff they did not even close the pool or look into the problem. This must happen a lot because she offered me a bottle of ketchup to ‘treat’ my hair. Whilst in the shower with ketchcup in my hair we had a power cut- no lights. I was livid. I had to raise this 3 times before I could speak to the manager. The manager could not even be bothered to come to me, I had to go to him.
He offered me free transport but when it came to it - it was hard work trying to get them to actually do anything.
The staff do not speak very good English so when issues arise very little is done about it.
Also do not rent bikes from there, they are unsafe and old. The helmets they provide would never save your life.
It is a rubbish location - go anywhere else you’ll have a better trip
Nice and clean hotel. I prefer a quiet hotel, rather then staying in Ao Nang which can get noisy at night. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Will come back again if I visit Krabi next time.
Cheers
Very close to the port easy boat ride to Railay Beach cost 100bf and it only take 10min, hotel staff was very nice and helpful, room was very clean and neat everything seemed new, wanted to extend the stay but they were sold out.
