Thank you for taking your time and sharing a few words about our hotel. Every feedback is very important for us. Firstly I am delighted to hear our location and interiors were to your liking. Secondly I would like to apologize for behavior of our staff. I would also like to refer to a view from the room. We have a view possibilities, when reception is contacted they may change a room (upon availability).
