When I arrived the hotel around 6pm. The front desk staff told me their can’t find my reservation in the system,so I contact with Expedia agent many times.When I spoke with front desk again one hour later,their told me their are out of rooms.It’s ridiculous.
Eventually the Expedia agent help me check in at the same hotel.I can’t believe the hotel service was so poor. Unforgettable experience
