Not a hotel!!
It is not CLEARLY explained that there is no front desk or anyone there and you must call prior to arriving to arrange to be there when you are. As a tourist I did not have a working phone # and could only use data. Total waste of money. Beware of this when booking.

Nice apartment but could be managed better
I have stayed at many apartments in Krakow and this one is at the bottom of my list. With a few easy fixes the owner could fix the problems that I had and for the price it was fine but not great. Most of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty with food particles stuck on them. As there is no dishwasher I would expect a sponge and kitchen towel but none were provided so I had to go buy them myself. The shower rarely had hot water and a large amount of light bulbs were not working. The apartment was nice and the location is good but the management of the unit needs a bit more attention.

Great Apartment for a Family!
Lovely place in Krakow was so impressed by the apartment layout and furniture. It was very modern and stylish. Lots of room for my family and clean. The kitchen was amazing and family room comfy. Would go back again to this amazing city anyway!
