Excellent place to stay. Within 20 minute walk of the Main Square etc and only about 10 minutes from the Jewish quarter with a good choice of places to eat and drink. Lovely modern and comfortable hotel with excellent choice at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely hotel very friendly staff most of them spoke very good English. They made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent. Everything you could want.

Just back from krakow. Quick check in staff pleasant and helpful. I emailed them before hand to say it was my partners birthday and when we went up to the room there was fruit and a note to wish him a happy birthday. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location only thing is there's a tram line nearby but you get used to that. On checking out we received a jar of bath salts which I thought was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend the Galaxy hotel.

Krakow over Easter not geared up for tourists 95% of everything closed Struggled to buy a drink and hundreds of people with nothing to do Trips fully booked months ago If not on a trip there’s nothing

Lovely modern hotel with excellent pool, sauna etc

Pros: clean and with good pool area
Cons: Maybe some music in the lounge area
Location: Not too far from main square if you don't mind a walk though tram service is meant to be excellent .
lovely short break in Krakow. Enjoyed wandering around the city and the salt mine trip was really good.

Pieni kylpylä, saunan lämpö hyvä ja höyrysauna ajoittain polttavan kuuma. Vesiautomaatti olisi hyvä lisä myös kylpylän puolelle, nyt vain vastaanoton vieressä ja sekin muutaman kerran tyhjä. Aamiainen hyvä.
