Such an ideal hotel for walking into the old town. Far enough out that it was quiet but close enough to walk easily. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who spoke great English and helped us with directions/train information etc. Would definitely recommend and would stay with them again.

This was our first stop of a few cities in Poland and we enjoyed it immensely. We were treated pleasantly and well taken care of. The room was beautiful, modern and comfortable. the amenities were excellent and the breakfast was excellent. The area is very walkable and a short from the old town.

Only a 10 minute walk from the Old Town in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with coffee shops and other amenities. A couple of minutes from a tram stop too, if you want to get out of the city or to the train station. The hotel was absolutely lovely, very clean and comfortable, the staff were also amazing, polite, efficient and helpful, a very well run establishment. The beds were super comfortable, and the room well equipped, we had a standard room and there was plenty of space for the two of us. The bathroom looked brand new, very clean, compact but with a lovely big shower. There was a tea/coffee maker in the room and water available in the corridor. Breakfast was excellent, well made and plentiful, and a relaxed atmosphere, the hotel has an award winning restaurant although we didn’t eat there in the evening. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, and we will come to Krakow again.

Great reception, no parking
Very polite and resourecful staff. Be careful, you have to reserve parking in hotel. If you pop up withour reservation, it is likely you will park on streets, depending on availability.

Modern & comfortable boutique hotel
A lovely modern & very comfortable boutique hotel, on a quiet road, within 5 minutes of Kraków’s Old Town. Our room felt luxurious. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. All staff were v professional & friendly.

Pretty new, convenient and very friendly staff
The hotel appeared to be either refurbished or brand new. The staff was extremely nice and helpful in all respects. The hotel feels like it is a bit out of the way, but it is in a great location with a choice of restaurant, bars and eateries near by (including an outdoor food hall), and approx 10 min walk to the Main Square. Great location, as it is probably a little quieter, less tourists, and more locals. Highly recommended, we will be back for sure!
