The hotel is in an excellent location around 5 to 10 minutes stroll to the main market square. It provides functional clean accommodation and breakfast is good quality continental with some hot food options. Good coffee and ample seating. We had a double room which felt cluttered by the addition of what I imagine to be a z-bed type chair thing possibly for when the room was to accommodate a third guest. It took up space which for us was unnecessary but it it was for a 3rd guest it would be a very tight squeeze!! The bathroom was small but adequate and clean towel( one each) was provided daily on our 3 night stay. The only thing for me which would put me off is there wasn't a bar which for those evenings when you might not wish to venture far or indeed have a nightcap before bed would be an advantage . otherwise functional economical accommodation in a good location

Pros: nothing
Cons: to much to put down
Location: to far away & nothing near by we were on the ring road
we got moved from hotel Alexander to the hotel Choppin which was 2 miles out of town because we were told the hotel had been flooded but some of our party were allowed to stay, don't know why, probably coz you were over booked, the hotel Choppin was terrible no were to put your clothes, very dirty & very basic plus it cost us 60 glottis a day in taxis

Hotellin sijainti vanhan kaupungin välittömässä läheisyydessä rauhallisella kadulla oli erittäin hyvä.

Varasin maaliskuussa normaalin 2 hengen huoneen, jossa ilmoitettiin, että esim.minibaari kuuluu varusteluun. ei ollut. Samoin en mennessäni tiennyt, että huoneemme oli erillää olevassa rakennuksessa, jossa ei ollut hissiä vaan olimme toisessa kerroksessa ja juuri ja juuri mahtui matkalaukun viemään. Aamupalalla oli yhtenä aamuna sämpyliä, muutoin ei muuta kuin paahtoleipää. Esim. ruokailutilaan mennessä kukaan ravintolan työntekijöistä ei tervehtinyt sama tilanne respassa tosikyllästyneen oloisia. Asiakas tietokone ei toiminut, ei pystynyt tsekkaamaan itseään koneeseen lähdettäessä pois. Krakovaan voin mennä, mutten iki päivänä tuohon hotelliin.

Rezeption unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter

Rezeption Mitarbeiter kommt aus Russland kann kein deutsch oder englisch sehr unfreundlich, und die Bedienung im Früstücksraum sehr knappe Kleidung nie lachend, einzige Früstücksraum war ok.
