Thank you very much for taking your time to write your feelings about Santi Hotel. We are really sorry, that our rooms didn't match your expectations. We're doing our best to keep the guests satisfied, therefore we can change your rooms, depending on availability. It is true that the street right at the Hotel is busy because it's the exact center, and there are going trams very often.
