Wonderful hotel, room not as good as advertised
The hotel and room were amazing. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and the room was clean and spacious. My only gripe - we booked a deluxe room which clearly had a sofa and two normal windows judging by the photos on hotels.com, describing also a "separate sitting area". We instead had no view through a single slanted window and a pair of armchairs. It didn't ruin our stay.

Everything was perfect. Starting with a very warm welcome at the reception, through professional and very friendly service, and ending with breakfast, which was at the highest level. The room was very luxurious, with a mini bar, with a bathrobe. The bathroom with a free-standing bathtub made the greatest impression. I recommend it.

Very comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Be aware that you need a physical credit card to pay the security deposit - they don't accept Google/Apple pay -fortunately I had a physical card with me. There was unfortunately a bit of noise from the street, but I suppose that's to be expected with a busy city centre hotel.

Wonderful stay!
Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Krakow. The rooms are tastefully decorated and superbly finished. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful! The breakfast offers good selection of salads, meats and etc including a al carte.
