The hotel was clean and nicely appointed. The breakfast was terrific with many choices. The front desk staff arranged an early morning “breakfast in a sack” for an early flight. Everyone was very helpful!

Superb position near the river, castle, old quarter and jewish quarter. Easy walk to all the bars, cafes and restaurants. Hotel was clean, well managed and had helpful friendly staff. Breakfasts in the basement restaurant had a wide range of food to select.

Hotel Wawel Queen was perfect for my visit to Krakow; it was close enough to walk to the Old Town/Wawel Castle, yet separated from all the tourists by a beautiful park and very quiet. Queen Wawel exceeded my expectations. I will definitely book again in the future.

Wonderful property a 5 minute walk to old town square. Safe and very quiet (the square is very lively and loud and i would not want to be in a hotel directly on it.) Room was spotless, well appointed. The building was lovely. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful hotel, from the staff who are so helpful before, during and at the end of our stay. Location is perfect, walkable to everything yet tucked away enough in a quiet area close to Wawel Castle. Would highly recommend and will return to this hotel.

We stayed in the 2 queen beds loft unit, family of four. Excellent, comfortable beds, clean and spacious. Location amazing. I think for the price parking should be included but besides that excellent new property.
