the hotel is beautiful inside and out, very tasteful. the staff were amazing and accommodating. i had to add another person last minute and they were able to do that promptly and seamlessly. the location is fantastic being in Old Town, close to Rynek Glowvny as well as Wawel and the fire-breathing dragon. 10/10

Our stay was delightful. The staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We did not hear other guests. The breakfast is worth the extra cost. The bar served excellent drinks. The hotel location was perfect for walking around the city.

The hotel was in the lovely setting opposite the main Krakow park. It was a short walk to the main square and castle. There was a great selection of food at breakfast and the hotel was very quiet.
