What a beautiful hotel lovely room in an amazing location and the view from a very big window all I can say on that is wow , the staff in the hotel where brilliant and at the hotel bar/restaurant brilliant to . 100% recommend this hotel .

The view out onto the square made our trip. Also it smells lovely in the lobby, the free bikes to tour the city were great fun, and the restaurant patio was perfect for a large group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Wentzl! We had a 4th floor room with a little balcony that look right out to the main square…..so amazing! Our only issue(which had nothing to do with the hotel) was parking. We finally found a lot that we could safely leave our car for the 3 days. We were able to Uber back to then main square easily. We would absolutely stay again!!

You have to enter through an old door and shabby entrance. Then take the elevator to where the hotel is (3th and 4th floor) the room was great and large with a great view of a church. Confortable beds and great service and breakfast. The location is the best feature. You are right in the middle of everything

Perfect location right on Old Town Square, Wonderful helpful staff. We changed our room on the second night to one facing the town square which was nice. Very spacious bedrooms. The only thing that we found undesirable was that the single beds were very hard, probably one of the most uncomfortable beds to sleep in during our month long trip abroad. apart from that this was a fantastic hotel.

Great location
The hotel has a great location - in the city's main square. The only problem with rooms overlooking the square is that they can be noisy. We were moved to a room on the fourth floor which was much better - spacious with a huge, comfortable bed and a large bath. There was also a little balcony.

Beautiful hotel on the main square. The service at reception was without fault, helping to book tours and transfers. So polite and friendly. The rooms were amazing, with marble bathrooms and were spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend!

We LOVE this hotel. Incredible location on the main square, wonderful and friendly service. We had room 31 which had a view of the square. They let us leave our bags for an entire day before we left.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it was on the Main Square in the Old Town of Krakow. Our twin bed room was stunning, with an incredible view over Krakow Main Square. The breakfast was fabulous, but the menu choice for the evening was disappointing. I am a coeliac, and the choice was very limited. But other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The best possible view in Krakow. But hotel has not been renovated for a long time except for bathrooms which are great. Awful breakfast - please skip it.
