On arrival the staff, although nice and polite was not welcoming and during stay rarely broke a smile. The building was very clean and the ladies cleaning the rooms were very pleasant. The food was nice but some what over priced. However, despite this, the accommodation was easily accessed by all the main services and only a short walk to the Old Town.

The staff we great and nothing was too much trouble, they changed rooms for us as a more suitable room was available when we arrived, booked taxis and transfers for us. Breakfast was basic but enough choice of hot and cold food and drink to fill up on for the day ahead and the staff were always cleaning up and topping up on food. The only thing missing was a kettle in the room, but not the end of the world and bottles of water were supplied.

Hotel staff

The staff of thus hotel were extremely professional in their approch to us , moreover , there overall friendly and warmth was possibly the best I have received at any hotel.

Ideal for a city break.

Very close to the train station and a short walk to the Old Town. Being so close to the station did not cause us any problems with noise in the room, we kept our windows closed as the weather was so warm we took advantage of the air conditioning. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. Bottles of water were left by the maids. Oh, not mentioned on their website - there was a hairdryer in the bathroom. Only minor thing was that there wasn't a plug socket near a mirror for my hair straightners! We didn't use the restaurant as there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Would stay again if visiting Krakow.

A contemporary module hotel right adjacent to the main railway station - convenient for a layover at a competitive price (and there's the even cheaper budget version right next door). Nothing too fancy but gives a good night's sleep.

Hotel is very nice and it's perfectly situated near the shopping mall and railway station. It was easy to get to the old town and other places from the hotel. Room was small but nice and clean.Breakfast must be bought seperately and it's quite expensive but it was good and I was content with it. I was travelling with my child and everything worked perfectly. Near the hotel is a small market and great cafe Nero and amazing Bobby burger. Krakow is very lovely city and if I ever go back I'd probably book the same hotel.

Great experience close to the old town

Nice hotel, very confortable and clean, close to the old town and the main railway station. Very cheap if you look at the quality of the service. The staff was really helpful and gave us a lot of advice. I would really recommend a stay at this hotel!
