Dear David,I am very sorry for Your feelings and emotions, not everything depends on people or hotel's equipment.Durring your arrival we had snow storm, as You remember. Yes, the hill is steep, but Krynica is a city in mountains and we are the ski-in ski-out hotel also. Your car was parked on city parking 750m far from hotel.I did offer You another road via Zamkowa street, but You refused and decided to leave the car on city parking. I picked You up and drove to Belmonte hotel.We were very sorry,but for Your and Your Family members safety we refused to open jacuzzis - the wheater was bad and temperature below 0 was causing icy surface and high risk of slipping. I am sure that You understand, that from our point o view The Guest Safety is most important hospitality part.I am realy sorry that one of our colleagues asked You about paying for prking lot. I am sure that she didn't mean to provoke You or make angry any way.I am happy to know that our breakfast service was satysfying You and Your Family. I believe that if You would have opportunity to stay longer the memories and feelings would be better. I hope that You will give us a chance to make the first impresion for the second time.Best regards
