When I place “do not disturb “ sign on the door on my second day. And your housekeeping doing my room when I’m out with the “do not disturb”sign on door? In March when I stay in your hotel, there is sign hang on door and they never clean the room. So what the standard for room make up?? To hang sign or don’t hang sign???? Luck there is nothing missing. And my room stay I only have 2 hanger?? There is no more shower gel and when room cleaning, they never replace? Is the second time I’m stay in your hotel..

We’ve stayed in this hotel twice. The first time was when we first arrived in KL. The second time was the last part of our trip. We loved the location of this property and how convenient it is to almost everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our needs. Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. We are very grateful and appreciative to all of the great people who came forward to support and assist us. The only thing that I found very inconvenient is the lack of a laundry facility at the property. Due to some bad experiences in the past with laundry services offered at a hotel, we were weary of using the service. We preferred to do our own laundry and having a laundry facility at the hotel that you have a long stay would be so much easier. Nevertheless, we did have a very lovely time staying at this property despite of our situation. Much appreciation to all the staff at AnCasa hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Oh my...
We started our 4 days 3 nights stay on an absolute wrong foot. The check in was breezy though unnecessary. The reception was able to confirm our reservations but we were then led to the check in kiosk just to dispense the keys with the reception explaining the steps. I'm not sure if this is ideal as the average or most customers are not coming back enough to use the check in feature but it's not a hassle just a bit unnecessary. Ok then, we moved to our room which was a nightmare. The humid smell and the horrifying unclean carpet was so nasty. I see crumbs of titbits, chips and hair on the floor. I slipped into the bedroom slippers and was so mad. I had to pick them up with wet tissues. The fridge was without words possibly the worse I've come across. Beverage or some kind of liquid was congealed and I couldn't and wouldn't want to clean it myself. I called the staff and was told that it was tea milk. Honestly, that wasn't the question, I just wanted it clean not a forensic analysis of said liquid. Some time later I got a automated email from Hotel.com asking for my check in experience, I related the above scenario and io and behold I got a phonecall from the hotel staff 4 hours later explaining and expressing interest to come back immediately to vacuum the room. It was late and I was tired so no. But I asked to please do the room well the next day. That was a real plus. Immediacy and an earnest to remedy the situation.
