M world hotel stay for my little family of 4 was amazing! The staff were very professional, kind and polite. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were very nicely kept and maintained. the food was delicious and a lot of variety. It is a 5mins under cover walking distance to the MRT and shops. My family will defiantly be staying here again without a doubt! Keep up the good work!

We booked a two-bed room and was given a one-bed room, managed to change at the end but the moment we entered the room, we saw a big booger sticking next to sink in bathroom. Checked in at 2am due to flight delay, after showered lied down on bed, there’s smell on sheet clearly the house keeping didnt change it. We booked this hotel because its newly built but air conditioned was leaking the entire night. Spoke to the manager at front desk next morning he offered to change our room without offering any compensation
