Good, once they recognize my reservation
Everything was ok, once I got a room. They had no idea who I was and what Hotels.com is. They "let me stay" because I arrived at 3am, but I had to change room the next day, fortunately I only carry one backpack so it wasn't a big problem for me.

Good if you are solo
Room condition is average. Need maintenance and upgrade. Room allocated is without a window. One ceiling light went out of commission middle of the night and no replacement was offered. Good location and that's about it. Nothing to shout about the overall condition of the hotel.

Nice Location, strong wifi, smelly and noisy
The hotel located in very great localtion. Just across the street and you will find mass transportation (also, near shopping mall). The wifi is really strong, best I've found in Malaysia (better than those 5 stars). Btw, I know and accept that it is natural smell of south asian hotel, I do not like it. Also, the sound -both from hall way and the street is really loud)- be prepared cos they stay up really late at night.

Booked a smoke free room and got a smoking room No one to help with luggage was handed a key and pointed to the elevator The fridge did not work The toilet hose leaked over night saturating all of my things in the bathroom Went out for breakfast and was locked out of my room as I forgot to come back down the previous day and pay the service tax when I arrived as I was jet lagged A phone was in my room and the staff could have called to remind me but chose to lock me out instead

Dirty old man manager knocked on my doorr to ask if I am using whatsapp because he wants to communicate with me..scary Dirty old man!! From that time on, I was placing the bed to block the door because I was afraid that he migjt try to come in when I am asleep. I did nof feel safe

Sub standard facility
The first family room we checked in was like an oven. Both wall mounting air conditioners were blowing hot air at 16C temperature. The technician came and went to correct the outdoor compressor. After 30 minutes they should be up and runninn was the promised. We wasted 60 min with No improvement and requested to Room changing. we moved to another room but the basin in the toilet was leaking. The duvet covers looked being recycled. Poor experience. What it advertised isn't what we expected to get.

Nice hotel
Centrally located. Efficient, friendly staff. Good value ...........There are a lots of restaurants, shopping area nearby the hotel.....Overall is good.......Hotel was fine well located Rooms are small but clean Bathroom are clean ............Hotel close to shopping, eateries and pubs. Also convenient to train stations and within walking distance.

Very small room, not fit for big size people. Not a perfect clean room if we compare with a 5 star hotel. Room looks gloomy but for a price like this at such a convenient place, i can't expect much.
