We dropped off at the hotel. We found there was NO lift. We walked the stairs to 3rd floor. The counter uncle really super slow service for us. He was slow writing down my IC, my phone number and my booking number..... we were taken 15min to get keys and check-in. LOL. we opened room.. we found toilet door has broken... My mom complaint to me ground too oily and fully smell smoking in the room. After 1hour, we have booked new another hotel. But we check-out only < 1hour. LOL. We wasted worth RM40++ per day.. to uncle (HE happy ya)... We are unhappy. we feeling nightmare if we stay this room... Buddy, we are NOT recommend you to stay this Melawati Hotel. I give 1 out of 5 stars.

Please make them nice and clean
Dirty stairways; broken, dirty and moldy bathroom door, noisy receptionist at night. Tv and bed -good. Not-so-friendly service. Good location, many places to eat and shop
