Great location
Excellent location walking distance to many shopping mall. Surrounding with many local food. Room was clean staff was friendly. Seem like not all lift was in opetation need to queue up for it. Hotel need to improve on check in process, i have done the registration for check in early in the morning, check in time was 3pm i only got the room to check in around 5.30pm! Overalls happy with the stay.

2rooms for total 2 weeks total over 2 trips in past month but unlike 1st time smaller room, didn’t want to give 2keys, not enough staff so they must be exhausted - unable to do service - my 2nd rom for my staff got a plush toy for returning customer but me the boss got a small room / no perks not able to come back to hotel as not value & no service - like a huge hostel mess now elevator lines like immigration at works airposts

While this property LOOKS amazing... Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay at all. It's ALWAYS busy - everywhere. Queues for the lifts, and guests push you out of the way to get into the lift first, even though you were there before them. All night you can hear people walking and talking up and down the corridor and opening and closing their doors - as well as talking and banging through the walls. The pool looks nice - but again, so crowded with rude guests it's just not enjoyable. We thought the bathroom lights didn't work - but actually you just need the right combination of switches the right way - both the ones near the bathroom and the other side of the room. We didn't sleep a wink either night we were there.

Hotel room is good but dislike evening during peak hours like 5-8pm always need long queue waiting for lift to go up the room. Like wise long wait for lift down at peak hours example checking out time at 12pm.

Location and property were great! Felt a bit understaffed - way too many customers for the # of reception, had to wait in line over 30 minutes just to check in and rooms weren’t ready… Would also love if the pool hours, 7am-8pm, were posted more publicly.

H This is my 2nd stay at sleeping lion In my opinion the lift service is the minus point as we will have to wait quite long and esp when its the "peak hour" as u can see long queues of occupant just to take the lift up To make matters worse I noticed that the housekeeping was also using the passenger lifts.. Same issue during my 2 time stay Hopefully this can be resolved
