Great service and location
Hotel is conveniently located and just a 5 min walk to the Kumamoto rail station. Service at reception was excellent. I had some issue with the lock on my door and it was promptly attended too. The stay comes with a free Japanese breakfast with option to dine in or take out. Overall will stay at this hotel again.

Great location, just a 2-3min walk from Kumamoto Station/ Amu Plaza. We were blessed with a high floor twin room with good view of the city. Room is tight & would be tough to open up luggage but it was ok for us as we had couriered our large luggages to the next hotel. Beds were ok and the free breakfast was basic but adequate & yummy to me. Great value for the price.

Super convenient location, only a few minutes from the station. Check in/out process was very quick and easy. Room was a good size, and as we stayed high up, we had a great view of the city. The bed was very firm though and the walls arent the thickest so you can occasionally hear other people.

Very basic but vety clean, comfortable. Adjacent Kumamoto Station and Amu Plaza have lots of dining options at various price points. Bus and trams stop right out front.

Don't try self-check in
Self check in experience is awful. The machine won't recognize the confirmation no. or your name. The hotel has a different set of confirmation, that means their system is not linking well. Don't waste time to do self check in. They only prepare 1 set of slipper for 2 pax, they may charge you for exchange 60YEN for the extra one.

Hotel very near to Kumamoto JR station and a big departmental store. Food is accessible. Hotel provides nice warm japanese breakfast which we like. Room is of a nice size for 2pax. Staff is friendly
