Accommodations for five to sleep, but ONLY a small couch for TWO people to sit. No extra stools or chairs. Very uncomfortable to relax. Not even a bath stool in the shower room.

観光地も近くにあって便利でした。駐車場がないので近くのコインパーキングを利用しました。部屋の中も綺麗でテレビもYouTubeが見れたりと、子どもも大満足でした。また利用したいです。

沒有提前收到入住的密碼，到了當下發現進不去還蠻緊張的，好險通電話後很快就收到密碼了。希望飯店還是要主動前一天通知密碼。 房間很寬廣舒適，廚房的用品也還蠻齊全的，垃圾桶也相當的大，很適合家庭一起入住。 若是有開車，門口的停車場一定一定要算清楚，因為如果只停過夜的話非常的貴。

大人2人、小学生2人、幼児1人で2泊しました。 美観地区から徒歩ですぐの距離にあり立地は最高。 非常に安価でありがたかったです。 隣の部屋の声が少し聞こえてきて、夜中は気になりました。 部屋に乾燥機能付きの洗濯機がありましたが乾ききらず、脱水に3時間かかるため、夜中に起きて干し、エアコンの風にあてて乾かせました。浴室乾燥機能があるとよかったです。 他に、ハンガー(洗濯干すのに足りなかった)、ハンガーをかける場所、 また、浴槽掃除道具(洗剤、スポンジ)、床の掃除道具(掃除機もしくはコロコロ)が欲しいなと思う時がよくありました。 希望をかくとでてきますが、総合的には満足でした。

チェックインはスムーズでしたが、いざ部屋に入ろうとパスワードを入力しても部屋の鍵が解除せずエラー…慌ててしまいました。 電話をしてパスワードを聞き、無事部屋に入ることができました。 廊下・ベッド下のホコリがすごく、そこが残念でしたが、その他は充分満足です。 70歳過ぎの父もこの度一緒に宿泊しましたが、大変満足していました。 ただ、年配がチェックインするとなるとタブレットでの操作ができるのか…ちょっと心配です。

チェックインの手順がスムーズに進まず複雑でした 予約番号も別の物が届いていた為、受付機から問い合わせしたり時間がかかりすぎた。スタッフの対応は良かった。美観地区まで数分なのでスタップ駐在のホテルでは無いと割り切って利用するにはいいと思う。

チェックイン前日（24時間前）に暗証番号等の連絡があると記載されていたが、待っても連絡なし。こちらから催促すると、明日（宿泊当日の朝）連絡しますとのことでした。しかし、当日になっても連絡なし、結局、チェックイン時間直前にこちらからまた催促することとなりました。不安の残る旅のスタートでした。 少し注意が必要そうな点は… 洗濯機の備え付けてある部屋を予約しました。洗濯機があるので、ピンチハンガーなどもあるだろうと思っていましたが、ありませんでした。また、布巾類も無かったので、食器やテーブルを拭く際、少し不便でした。 備品や設備はどれも新しく清潔で、ベッドやソファーもありとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。駐車場は、エントランス前に普通車2台・小型車1台分のコインパーキング、隣の敷地にもコインパーキングがあるので便利でした。とめる時間帯によって、どちらがお得か計算すると良いと思います。少し歩けば、1日500円くらいの駐車場もあったので、そちらでも良いと思います。 室内のトイレ以外に、エントランス横辺りに共通のトイレもあり、子連れにはとても助かる設備でした。 立地も良く値段もそこそこ、簡単な調理などが出来る設備も備わっているので、小さな子供連れの旅や、長期滞在等にはもってこいの施設だと思います。 また機会があれば利用させていただきます。

のびのび過ごせます
広く快適で、家族でのびのびできて良かったです。 寝室とリビングは少し離れていたので、かえって静かに過ごせました。 フリーWi-Fiですが、一階エントランスと部屋のネットワーク名やパスワードが違うので、部屋で設定するようにしてください。部屋の玄関に明記してありました。
