Happily Ever After has it all! Close to the beach, everything is new (built in 2020), covered parking, reverse floor plan with views, elevator, large gas grill, comfy new mattresses and all the kitchen tools to make a great meal. Happily Ever After can be your home away from home at the beach!


Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so no need to worry about extra charges!


This luxury duplex has fresh furnishings, almost 2,000 square feet of space, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths. You will have room for the whole family for the perfect beach vacation.

There is covered parking for 2 vehicles with enough room for 2 more, an elevator to all 3 floors for easy access, large gourmet kitchen, Smart TVs in all rooms, easy beach access, 2 decks for relaxing, hot water on demand (tankless water heater), large outdoor shower, a quiet street and a spacious grilling area. Happily Ever After has everything you need to have a comfortable vacation at Kure Beach.


Book soon, this property will not last. The Duplex next to Happily Ever After (A Wave From It All) is also available for rental, if interested in renting both for a larger party contact the Property Manager.

**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***
* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
* No uninvited guests without permission

Our stay at Happily Ever After was great. The house was as advertised and the perfect amount of space for 2 families with young kids. The walk to the beach was super short and easy. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great weekend
We loved the early check in that was offered to us on check in day. House was very clean, beautifully decorated and had linens and towels provided. Walk to beach access was less than 5 minutes and perfect for our girls weekend, we would definitely stay again.

Nice clean place very close to the beach
The place was modern and nice and had all amenenties you would need for a beach stay. Location was convenient to beach access, the Kure Beach pier w restaurants, and the golf cart rental place. Just be aware that it's a duplex unit. Our neighbors while we were there were quiet, though, but you never know what your luck may be. Instructions were very particular, but nothing too odd. The elevator was the only thing that was finicky. Would not suggest using based on the warnings of service charges if you do something wrong. But overall, a really fine place, can't complain.

Kure Beach Paradise
The property was perfect in every aspect. It was a two minute walk to the beach which we visited every day, but also 5 minutes away from a super cool drive-on beach that we also went to. The location is close to the heart of Kure Beach with restaurants nearby as well as Carolina Beach just down the road. The property managers were great anytime we had questions or concerns, they helped us promptly. I will definitely be back to Happily Ever After soon!

The Perfect Beach Retreat
We recently stayed at happily ever after for a week of rest and relaxation with our kids and our best friends and their kids (total of three adults and six kids ages 9-13) From the moment we booked communication was on point....about two weeks or so before our vacation we received a welcome email with all the details of our stay and information about the surrounding areas. We even received an email when our unit was ready for early check in. The minute we arrived and unlocked the door we knew we made a good choice, the house was immaculate and exactly as described, actually I'm wrong it was BETTER!! The house had everything we needed for a week vacation at the beach, not only in the home but outside as well, they even had multiple beach chairs, beach toys and a wagon!!!!! The two decks were a nice touch and gave us a comfortable spot to relax in the evenings. The location was perfect, literally a two min walk to the beach and about a five min walk to the pier and plenty of places to eat. Carolina beach is just a few one was down the beach if your into more of a tourist experience and the fisher aquarium is a 2 minute drive in the opposite direction. It was a perfect change of morning activity for the kids on day four.... We will be back in the future and highly recommend booking with iTrip, we know we will be. Thank you for making our vacation a great one.

Extended Family Vacation
Everything was beautiful and in great or new condition! We booked a trip as an anniversary surprise for my in-laws and it was such a nice touch that they had a celebratory sign to welcome our family. The property was clean and freshly stocked for us, which we really appreciated. There were a couple minor things that arose during our stay and they were quick to send someone out for a maintenance check. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay there again!

This property was easy to find. Located in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views. You can hear and see the ocean from the cozy upper level patio. The elevator made is easy to bring our things in and out of the unit.

Short walk to the beach
The location was beautiful and quiet. Just a very short walk to the beach. The home itself had more than enough space for my family and I, and the elevator was very convenient for our luggage/ groceries. However, we did not have any hot water or cold water coming out of the shower during our 4 night stay except for when we first got there. Before arriving I was told via email that the place had been checked and inspected before our arrival yet the moment we got there the water heater was already beeping. This was a big inconvenience especially to my sister and her young children, one being an infant. They could not shower the entire time except for Saturday evening. Different people come out to the property to check it out but unfortunately nothing was solved. I was then told on Saturday the day before we checked out that we could use the outdoor shower of the unit next door. Whomever I was speaking to were good about communicating at first and they said I would be compensated for the inconvenience and I have yet to receive any information on that. This would of easily been a 4 star stay had there not been a mishap with the water heater.

Nice weekend getaway
The townhouse was two and half blocks from the beach and had all the necessities to make our trip enjoyable! Only thing I wish they had, was furniture on the master bedroom deck, so we could watch the sunrise without walking to the three floor deck. Overall, great place!

Great place
I visited the home with family just looking to get away for a little while. I utilized my time to create memories of fishing and just relaxing. THe board games and different deck spaces allowed for us to create memories in a relaxed environment. My nana is 82 and the elevator was very beneficial with her joints and getting everythin into the home for our short stay. The beds were comfortable and home location near our usual places of interest. Bowman's seafood was 4 min away. Could not have asked for more.

Great Rental - location location location
Had a fantastic stay at this property, clean, close to beach, and management staff very helpful and responsive. Elevator is a plus when unpacking and packing, and linens and sheets were provided which helped a great deal. One downfall was not enough storage for clothes and only 9 kid hangers provided - but this isn’t a deal breaker given price, location, and responsive friendly management company. We plan on going back to Kure beach for our family vacation and are interested in renting again. Thanks ITRIP!

Salt Life Short-timers
The home was more than enough room for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and the occasional family guests. Just a stone's throw from beach access, the property is practically brand new, clean and nicely furnished. Like previous guests, our only gripe would be the lack of furniture on the deck of the master bedroom. We got by with using 2 of the supplied beach chairs. The elevator is an incredible convenience for hauling your luggage upstairs. The rear deck is zen, with a cozy sectional, constant breeze, ceiling fan, and a partial ocean view. The location is convenient to everything you want or want to do in Kure & Carolina Beach, by either a short walk or a short drive. With a smart-TV in all of the bedrooms and a large one in the living room, there were no squabbles about watching TV or playing video games. The wifi was good also. Even though we didn't have any issues, the property manager maintained communication with us and was very communicative. All-in-all, we had a great experience and our guests loved the property.

great location
So many pros, great location, the elevator was a nice touch unloading groceries and luggage. We were close to the beach and a few shops and stores which was also handy that we could walk if we needed something. We were from out of town so didn’t back blankets, it was chilly and a few blankets to snuggle with would have been nice. Also a little disappointed that the room with a balcony didn’t include furniture. It is a new property, so everything was clean, they had nice kitchen items-including sharp knives that were quite handy,
