Amazing helpful staff. Airport shuttle driver was so kind and gave local services advice because our luggage had not arrived in Bali with us. Beautiful reception and foyer area. Room needs updating but very clean, tidy and well kept. Kuta Paradiso was the perfect place to spend this special milestone birthday.

Second time this year I’ve stayed and it’s just simply fantastic. Cannot fault it from only been 15 minutes from the airport, friendliness of staff, facilities, gym, pool and location. The stay was good and the staff in the restaurants and foodservice area were fantastic. Hotel a bit dated and needs a bit of a refurbishment. Reception staff not as helpful, beware of the taxi operators at the hotel they will rip you off. Go to the street tourist operators and negotiate a better deal.

Great place to stay
Great hotel so centrally located to beach, shops and great restaurants. Stayed here last time in Bali. Is run down a bit, need few repairs but totally enjoyed every minute of our stay. Rooms good size, bathroom had all needed and bed was so comfortable.
