This is my second time staying at Kuta Paradiso. It is one of the best hotels in all of Bali and the service is top standard. The staff are so helpful, well mannered and beautiful. The buffet breakfast was amazing every morning. We were able to attend the New Year Gala dinner which was out of this world. One of the best I have ever attended. The hotel is at a very convinient location and has plentiful dining options. I will come back to this hotel and I recommend others to also choose this hotel.

Very ordinary
This hotel is in need of an upgrade. Staff were very difficult to deal with and not very pleasant. Breakfast very ordinary and difficult for seating as very busy during our stay. Note your free airport shuttle only runs every two hours not on request. The toilet stopped working twice however staff were there very quickly to fix it. Good shower and bathroom amenities. Beds comfortable.

The property should have had a major refurbishment at least ten years ago the staff were lovely and the rooms were cleaned spotlessly every day buffet breakfast was pretty average but the photos of the hotel were obviously taken when it was brand new

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with great beds. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast options available each morning. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, especially Denny. A fair value for the price, we would stay here again. My only complaint is: be aware that you must bring $200 in cash as they will ask to leave it as a deposit, which I didn’t see anywhere. It is inconvenient because they don’t take credit cards like other hotels. In addition, the shuttle service runs only from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, which is inconvenient if you travel before or after those times. Overall, the hotel is nice… not five stars, but it’s still a good hotel

The Hotel needs a lot of maintenance every where,our front door couldnt be closed unless pushed extremely hard also extremely noisy, floors are wet in the rooms from air-conditioning very dangerous, shower did not run away water every where, when it rained balcony flooded, a death trap you need to do maintenance, time for a make over. Would not recommend this Hotel run down. Look some where else, and no wake up call for our flight as we requested, very poor, oh sorry. What if we missed our flight whos responsible?

Kuta Paradiso definitely not the expected 5 star hotel. Check in very poor. They were scrambling to find us two rooms near each other-took ages!! Then they put us on different floors. Our first room stank of cig smoke and filthy balcony. When we complained they upgraded us to pool view. Much better, but opposite end of hotel to our teenage kids. But black mould on shower tiles, stench from rotting rubbish on the beach wafted through all the halls. Fire crackers blasting into the night. Pool bar area not clean or pleasant to sit at. Loud music and heaps of flies, very slow service. The beds were fresh, comfy and clean though and breakfast was plentiful, although very limited gluten free options. Wouldn’t stay here again.
