The conveniency of getting to the beach, which is right across the street in about less than 200 yards down the street is the shopping mall plenty of restaurants.

Mostly good, the room fixtures are getting tired, eg. Cupboard door fell out as hardware failed, and bathroom fixtures aging and sealants were over applied in an amateur way. But room was large and met most of our needs.
