I called the property ahead of time, just to double check that bringing my pet was okay. I let her know I was in need of serenity. She put me in RM 21 on the 2nd floor with the Breathtaking View of the River. My entire stay was quiet, serene, beautiful and the employees were all very courteous. Thank you for such a great relaxed experience

In my 40 years of traveling, I have never received a warmer, more sincere welcome at a hotel. From the first moment of check-in through dropping of my keys on the way out, the owners and staff made me feel like a VIP at every interaction. The dedication and passion toward offering guests the best possible experience could not have been more evident. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location offered a serene get away that allowed us both to find both relaxation and entertainment with the natural surroundings enhanced by carefully curated amenities like riverside seating, outdoor barbecues, and a communal fire pit that made use feel at home. I can't wait to come back to and both enjoy the amazing place these owners have created and see what new developments have been made as they continue to enhance and improve the property while maintaining the contextual respect for the location's natural beauty.

Beautifully renovated location that is better in person than the photos. Conveniently located 15ish minutes from south lake tahoe. Enjoying eating breakfast on the property overlooking the river and sharing a campfire with other residents. *eating was not convenient and wish we would have known this before our long drive. There is an amazing cafe (highly recommend but only open Sundays) for light breakfast options next door and a korean one man show type restaurant about 1 mile away next to a gas station/convenience store. The wait was long but worth it. Portions were big and can be shared. For long term stays plan accordingly. It was good for our single night stay. Will definitely stay here again!
