Overall, I’d recommend this hotel. It was very clean and generally well equipped. The bed was particularly comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. However, there was an issue with the water pressure and temperature around 8am one morning. I don’t know whether the system was overwhelmed by everyone showering at a similar time of the morning or if it was an isolated issue with the room. Other than that, an enjoyable stay and great value for money as most things in Ukraine seem to be!

am ankunfttag war das personal sehr, sehr nett, spricht englisch und sehr behilflich...zimmer ganz ok und sauber nur das hotel liegt sehr außerhalb aber taxi ist so günstig dass wir immer mit taxi hin u. zurück genommen haben..alles war perfect bis auf das 2. hotel personal an der rezeption(eine dame, leider hab die name nicht notiert) die sooooo UNFREUNDLICH ist...ihr verhalten passt garnicht zu ihren job...she is dealing with people, hotel guests and tourists from foreign places therefore one must be dealing these guests in a friendly way...thid disappoint me and surely i will give feedback to the hotel management about this.

Отличный современный тихий отель на окраине Киева
Об отеле остались самые лучшие впечатления! Он небольшой и тихий, мои окна выходили на улицу, но я не слышала совершенно никакого шума. При этом отель находится рядом (5 минут пешком) с большой транспортной развязкой, откуда можно без проблем уехать в любой конец города. Номер современный и новый, ремонт прекрасный, двуспальная удобная кровать, большой шкаф, мини-бар (который можно использовать, как мини-холодильник), телевизор, чайник (и чай), бутылка воды, которую каждый день оставляют на столе, система климат-контроля, большая удобная душевая кабина с тропическим душем, пушистый уютный банный халат - все удобства для комфортного отдыха. Вкусный континентальный завтрак (можно выбрать из нескольких вариантов), ресторан с летней террасой, прачечная. Отзывчивые и приветливые сотрудники, готовые помочь в любой ситуации. Атмосферное оформление картинами с видами старого Киева. Единственным неудобством может быть расположение отеля на самой окраине города. Но, повторюсь: транспортная развязка очень близко и добираться до центра удобно. Исключительно рекомендую отель West Park и хочу от всего сердца поблагодарить персонал за безупречный комфорт во время моей поездки!

Gibt nichts auszusetzen. Im Vergleich zu deutschen 3 * Standards können die auf jeden Fall mithalten. War auch leicht überrascht. Sind zum Champions League Finale hingefahren. Personal spricht englisch
