Very nice hotel. The room is big. Lots of restaurants around the area. The hotel gave us 1000 yen voucher (for each guest) to use towards the restaurant inside the hotel. We also got vouchers for free drink. Will definitely come back to this hotel again.

I love that they gave out welcome drinks and food vouchers to be used in the 2 level shopping mall below the hotel. The staff were polite and nice , service was quick . It was a great staying. Location is in walking distance to Umekōji-Kyōtonishi Station 梅小路京都西駅. Bus stops are near by. We tried 3 restaurants in the hotel, all were delicious. The spa is nice, kids love it very much.
