We are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the location, breakfast, and cleanliness. As you mentioned, we are located in the middle of the city which has convenience transportations with in a walking distance. Moreover, it is around fifteen minutes to one of the most popular attractions, Nishiki Market. The breakfast is Japanese and Western buffet style and provided some traditional Kyoto dishes as well.
