The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is good. We stayed at the second floor looking right into the main street. It was really noisy. The room was very clean and ok in size but it looked really used. Some of the wood was scratched off of the appliances and the pillows were really really thin. Bathroom was good in size and modern.

My fourth time at this hotel. I’ve stayed in various rooms at this property over the years and am glad to see the standard/up keeping has been maintained. I would consider this to be a great central location that’s on a more quiet street. Staff are very helpful when calling a taxi or sending my luggage ahead of time.

Nice Kyoto Hotel Experience!
We stayed two nights. The check-in experience was good, very efficient! At late night I asked about luggage delivery to my next hotel, the Japanese lady staff was very helpful. The next morning when I checked out, the Chinese lady staff at the front desk was very smart, read the notes that the Japanese lady made on record, and helped me arranged the luggage delivery without me having to raise the enquiry again! Excellent service from them all. Excellent location, and highly recommend to all!

I stayed in a View Bath Twin Room for ¥45,000 on a weekday in November. I understand it’s peak season, so the price is higher than usual. The hotel feels new, clean, and stylish, and I didn’t hear any noise from other guests in my room. Overall, I had a comfortable stay, and the location is excellent. However, I’m only giving two stars because it didn’t meet my expectations. The service was standard, and the room lacked amenities. You have to pick up items like a toothbrush, face wash, and comb at the front desk yourself. The breakfast dining area also doesn’t offer a good view. My experience was decent but nothing exceptional. I wish I could have had a room with a nice view of the Kamo River at this price. I wouldn’t recommend staying in the View Bath Twin Room, especially with its higher price than other business hotels.

Great location. Walking distance to Gion (1 mile) and shopping/ Pontocho alley (less than 0.5 miles). Right next to a subway station for easy access to other parts of the city. Staff helpful.

This hotel is nicely furnished and decorated. The suite had a private view of a cultivated garden out the window. Walking distance from shopping, an easy-to-use subway system, and some great restaurants.

Hotel in the middle of Kyoto
Nice room but a bit small. Onsen had indoor and outdoor pool. A bit pricey but it was in a good location.
