Upgrades needed! Bathroom faucet leaked when water running. Other than that all things worked in room that needed to. Window was not difficult to open. I stayed in a room here in August 2024 and that room the a/c D’s not work and it was extremely hot day/night. The refrigerator in room also did not work. Staff was hard to get ahold of due to motel being almost if not fully booked that night.i understand lack of staff. If that is the case than need to take less guests or make other necessary adjustments for motel/business. Whole motel could use upgrades and remodel. It’s in a good area by local airport. I question how many people may use it that have flown in or flying out… overall yes 1star. This stay was much better than the one I had in August last year and say they deserve the q1 star. If I were to have wrote this in August I would not have wanted to give them any stars.

During my stay at the Norwood inn I experienced mediocre service by staff dirty rooms and no water in the building the toilets were not flushing there is no water in the sink or tub for over 12 hours and they refuse to reimburse my payment for even one night and did not offer any other amenities and due to the lack of water I was very dissatisfied

It was quite and peaceful, but that could be, because there wasn't many people staying here. The hotel hasn't tried for years. It's run down, things are closing up on it. That's pretty depressing. Restaurants closed a breakfast is closed and you would have coffee in the lobby, but she was there with no coffee made pretty sad.

I'm in a state of -16 and my heating is damaged and they didn't change my room they just gave me a heater in poor service. There were insects in my room. The cold night was not pleasant.

Hands down the most unpleasant/unclean hotel I've ever stayed at. There were tons of stains on the carpets, couch, chair, and bed sheets. On top of that, we had many issues such as: there was no hot or even warm water, the ambient temperature of our room was 52 degrees, there were only 4 Kleenex/tissues in our room to use, no towels were provided in our bathroom, the tv screen had smudges all over it and the signal was terrible for the very few channels we had. We also were informed that our room had no key card, so somebody from the front desk had to manually unlock our room every time we left and returned. The only positives for this experience were that we only stayed for one evening and there were no bed bugs (that we could find). DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

the sink was clogged and drained very, very slowly. There was 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel. they could not find another clean washcloth. In the morning --- we found bugs!!!! 2 on bathroom floor AND 1 under the bed pillows. We did not stay for our 2nd night reservation.

Let me preface this by saying, my husband and I love to find sh*tty hole in the wall motels. It’s one of our goals on road trips. With that being said, this was worse than even we could handle. It started out fine, we were pleasantly surprised to see the lobby looked updated and had an air freshener scent. Upon checking in, we were told they couldn’t make keys and we could get one later. We were then told our door was open, and we could just head in. We thought this was strange, but just wanted to drop our bags and leave. The room was a lot worse than we were expecting based off the lobby and the online photos. It was dingey, smelled of stale smoke/mold and half the lights didn’t work. We thought whatever, it’s just a place to sleep! We left to wander around and grab dinner. We told them we would grab a key when we got back. We got back to the motel around 12:30, and the air freshener smell was gone and the odor was overpowering. We were told we still didn’t have a key to our room, the employee then walked over and unlocked our door and walked away. We thought this was strange, so we put the chain on the door and went to bed. When we woke up, the strange events really began. There was a full toilet full of sh*t, a seriously appalling amount of crap in this toilet. This came from neither of us, so we are scratching our heads how this could have happened. We then realized the chain was not on the door anymore. We don’t even know how this is possible, but we both vividly remembe

This hotel is trash. I wasn’t given a key to my room because the reader was broken, so every time we needed to enter our room, we needed to go to the front desk to get the employee to let us in. Saturday night we waited for 10 minutes ringing the bell until we finally called the hotel to get someone to come to the front desk to let us in our room. The room was barely over 50° when we checked in. The sink didn’t drain. The couch was broken, and there was a mouse in our room. Trash. 0/10.
