DESCRIPTION
Kai Vista features a single-level floor plan and is beautifully decorated in a beachy-chic theme that will get you in a summer state of mind. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and vaulted ceilings provide a very open feeling and dramatic ocean views beyond.
The living area includes a cozy sectional couch and a large TV, with Direct TV including the NFL network for big game days. The oceanview kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that is in the center of the open floor plan.
Kai Vista features 2 suites, each with king-sized memory foam beds, and there's a roll-away for extra sleeping accommodations.
