Welcome to this spacious, cozy, hillside property up in La Jolla!
The 5 bedroom/3.5 bath villa is perfect for the remote worker, a peaceful get away, or a new temporary home for the family.
With San Diego being 15 min away & La Jolla Shores 5 min away, this escape is perfectly located to keep you feeling tranquil with nature but close enough to enjoy the urban environments.
Our listing is truly the best for visiting the area for leisure or work!
The Space:
This unit has a modern open concept layout, perfect for any traveler!
Once you enter the long driveway, you enter the house through the rear door queen bedroom. Walk through the gate to the left of the house where you will walk along the cliffside patio passing the breathtaking views of La Jolla.
Continue walking to the right of the rock lights on the walkway until you reach the back of the property. Where you will enter by a secured smart lock where you can utilize the August App to unlock the door. You enter the Back Queen BR where you'll see a work desk and 50" mounted TV. As you exit the space you will come across the two twin BRs where it is perfect to have your children share their space. As you continue to move west through the unit you will walk into the natural-lit kitchen space.
As you continue moving west you will enter the living room where you there will be a pool table, fireplace, large sectional couch, and 75" TV, Soundbar system, chess, scrabble, monopoly, another working desk, for the perfect entertainment space during your downtime.
From the living room there is access to the outdoor patio where you will have wonderful views of the La Jolla Shores and a propane firepit to keep warm on the cooler days. Continuing to move west you will reach the Master BR where there is a crib, 65" mounted TV, another working station, and master bathroom. An additional poolbedroom has a queen with an attached full bathroom.
There are plenty of items to choose your physical activity of choice. The garage features a stationary bike, heavy bag, speed bag, weight bench, dumbells, and pull-up/dip tower to keep in great shape! Another option is to utilize the pool to swim laps or relax in the spa cove of the pool.
The entire unit has central heating to accommodate the cooler months with your temperature preferences! With a full patio dining set and grill outside you'll love to stay at this private oasis on the La Jolla hills.

While this property is secluded up in the hills with amazing views, it is close enough for a short drive to all key locations, shops, and restaurants in the La Jolla area.

•No mail delivered here (unless personally arranged ahead of time).
•No moving / rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified).
•No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No pre-check in bag storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee).
•No pets.
•No disrespecting / disturbing neighbors.
•No parking anywhere on property other than assigned spaces we show you.
•No loud noise or music past 10 pm.
